Projekt: | Optical Sensing and Energy Transfer in Luminescent and Conductive COORNET Mixed-Matrix Membranes |
Zusammenfassung: | In dem Projekt befassen sich die Projektpartner mit der Darstellung und Charakterisierung lumineszenter MOF-Systeme in Form von Partikeln für Polymer-Komposit Systeme, sowie mit Dünnschichten. Die Lumineszenz wird durch verschiedene Vorgänge innerhalb der MOFs hervorgerufen. Im MOF interagieren Metallzentren, z.B aus der Reihe der Lanthanoide, wie Tb, Eu oder Sm, mit Liganden, die als Sensitizer fungieren können, was zu einer effizienteren Lumineszenz führt. Zudem können Chromophore oder Metall-Ionen als Leuchtzentren in nicht-fluoreszente Netzwerke eingebracht. Im Mittelpunkt Projekts steht dabei das nähere, fundamentale Verständnis der Energietransferprozesse, zugrundeliegende Mechanismen sowie die gezielte Modulation der Lumineszenz. Eine Integration in Chemi- und Gassensoren, sowohl als reines MOF, als auch Polymer-Komposit-MOF-Membranen (MMMs), sowie die Detektion mittels Lumineszenz sollen untersucht werden. Dabei sind vor allem die Sensitivität, Selektivität und deren fundamentalen Prinzipien von Interesse, die im Vergleich MOF/MMM/SURMOF untersucht werden. |
